Alright, y’all — Day 1 was a success! But we all know how this goes. The first few days of any health journey are the easiest. You’re full of motivation, feeling invincible, and ready to take on the world. But then reality kicks in. That’s why I’m taking things slow and steady, introducing small, manageable habits that I can actually stick with over time.
